Located just minutes from the capital of Cornwall, this contemporary new home showcases the performance and speed of the R-Wall Supreme 100 system which is able to achieve a U-value of 0.14. The project replaces a small, outdated dwelling on a large plot, making way for a highly efficient and modern structure.

After 80 days spent on the primary superstructure of the home, which included tasks like working on intermediate flooring details such as a cantilever balcony and setting up trusses for the garage, the final pour was completed, and the trusses for the house were erected .This was their first project using the R-Wall system and the team did an amazing job.

The build has also drawn national attention as a feature project for Festool UK, with various stages documented across their social media channels.
