4 weeks of self build progress by a first time R-Wall builder in North Devon

A look back at a pour day from before Christmas. This plot was the first to feature the X-Rail system on site, and the builders are already fans of the product

Huge thanks to @bishopstone_homes for sharing some of these updated photos of the stunning R-Wall homes near Exeter. Both properties utilize our Supreme 100 board system, delivering an achievable U-value of 0.14 🏡💪

🌊Site visit to Bigbury-on-Sea this week to collect braces from this pool build🏊‍♂️The pool features our R-Floor under-slab insulation system paired with our standard 75mm board. The result? A thermally efficient pool with unbeatable ocean views.

Final delivery for this local build last week. Great progress is being made by Dunkin Construction, who have worked with R-Wall before, so no training was necessary.

Yesterday we attended the concrete pour on this project near Porthcothan. This milestone comes just three weeks after the initial training day with the builders on site,  it’s great to see the project progressing so quickly🏠All components for the two curved walls were fabricated by us and delivered to site, ready for installation

This Metters and Wellby Architects designed Long Cove project won the 5-star UK Property Award for Best Architecture Single Residence Cornwall a few weeks ago at the awards ceremony in London. Were so excited to see this builds progress!

We are very proud to announce that R-Wall has been featured in Build It Magazine's December 2025 issue!🎉The Feature focuses on Birdsong, a self build R-Wall project.

Yesterday we attended to last pour of this project in Cornwall, this comes just 61 days after the first delivery and training for these first time R-Wall builders. Swipe to see photos and videos from both pours. This build was completed using or Supreme 100 board system which can result in a U-Value of 0.14.

Self build project update, this one comes from another first time R-Wall builder on site in Devon. The main superstructure of this home was completed in just 1 month!
