We are very proud to announce that R-Wall has been featured in Build It Magazine's December 2025 issue!🎉The Feature focuses on Birdsong, a self build R-Wall project.

Yesterday we attended to last pour of this project in Cornwall, this comes just 61 days after the first delivery and training for these first time R-Wall builders. Swipe to see photos and videos from both pours. This build was completed using or Supreme 100 board system which can result in a U-Value of 0.14.

Self build project update, this one comes from another first time R-Wall builder on site in Devon. The main superstructure of this home was completed in just 1 month!

R-Walls XPS insulation is put up against EPS insulation, typically used by other ICF systems. Any water that enters insulation severely diminishes its insulating capabilities. The results prove that R-Wall closed cell XPS insulation will provide long lasting performance and protection

Class Q planning means that this build requires the R-Wall to be constructed entirely within the original footprint of the shed, whilst keeping the existing agricultural shell . Our Standard 75 board system is being used by first time R-Wall builders who will be Converting this agricultural shed into a residential dwelling.
