This garage absolutely flew up! It was the first time using R-Wall for @claydonbuilders and they’ve absolutely smashed it. 👏 From first delivery and on site training to being ready for concrete in the same week — a brilliant example of just how quickly a team can get to grips with the R-Wall system. Next step… the house! 🏡👀

A few weeks ago, we travelled to a new-build project near Norwich. We spent three days on site, providing R-WALL training and covering everything the team needed to confidently get the build up to wall plate and ready for their first concrete pour.

Last week we headed down to the waterline to visit the Kingsbridge project as it moves ever closer to completion

Another pool pour completed this morning. 💧10m³ of concrete poured, with all formwork completed in just three days, Cant wait to see the final product🏊

Another exciting project underway in North Devon 🗺️ Great to see @mk_millenniumlimited doing an amazing job on this huge build. All curved components were pre-cut and supplied by our team ready for installation, helping everything come together smoothly. Design by @kost_architects 👏

just 10 days after initial delivery and training, lintels are going on

Designed by @laurenceassociates and constructed by @nottleconstructionltd, this impressive project is taking shape beautifully. 📸 Here are a few more photos from our site visit this week. The two curved wall sections were cut by our team and delivered to site during the initial training day 👷‍♂️ This project uses our Supreme Plus formwork system, achieving a U-value of up to 0.12 and helping to create a highly thermally efficient home that's built to last 🌳

Our under-slab insulation system has been installed to create a full thermal envelope and eliminate cold bridging throughout the build. With work on the retaining elements and main superstructure of the home starting soon we are super excited to see this build progress
