This luxury coastal home, designed by ARCO 2 Architecture and built by Westhaven construction using the R-Wall ICF system, is set to be a truly unique addition to the Cornish coastline. Situated on the cliffs above Mawgan Porth, the home has been meticulously designed to capture panoramic views of the bay.
The Build utilises R-Walls under slab insulation and Supreme 100 R-Board to form the basement of the property. The rest of the building uses supreme 150 to deliver outstanding thermal performance. With only 3 right angles in the entire build, Kosel is an example of the design freedom available when building with R-Wall.
